Well, after last week's gain I'm down 0.2 lbs.  At least it's down this
time.  A small Yay!

I have discovered the joy of 0 point soup.  I put off making it for a long
time because I'm not a big cabbage fan.  But cabbage was on sale this week
so I decided to try it.  Yummy!  I can see myself eating this on a regular
basis.

I only exercised 3 times last week.  I had to work late twice and I just
haven't established a routine yet.  This week I will try to exercise 4
times.  I promise.  :-)

Take care everyone and have a good week!

progress in lots of areas, cabbage is something both of us love so that one
is extra nice when on sale, Lee

Patty, you are doing well.  You can make a 0 point soup without cabbage.
Just look at all of the 0 point vegetables and use the ones you like.
It's good though that you gave the cabbage a try and liked it.

I love the 0 point soup.  My wife buys the precut cabbage bags and
makes it a quick creation.

Yummy
