Start a graph so you can chart your progress.  All those small losses
add up. Control is one of the very best feelings to have.

I know what you mean, control is good.  Right now I feel empowered,
even though I am only back for a couple of weeks.  It is certainly
better than what I was feeling and that is a couple of more weeks than
what I was doing.

Hi, Ralph, Exactly.  Last night the meeting was on dealing with the
"fog."  I understood what was being said.  Even if it doesn't seem to
make a difference, it is better to keep on than to give up.
