I actually joined WW only last week but was doing the flex plan for
about a week prior to that. When I first stepped on the scale at home I
weighed in at 184 pounds. This morning those same scales read 170!! I'm
going to knock 3 off of that as the scales aren't terribly reliable but
that is 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I am so excited, I'm on my way to a new me.

Nice!  Don't get disappointed when the losses slow down because they will.
Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll get there.
