up .4 but I usually do WI on sat now and this was Tuesday so not many days
in between,
NSV a business a man was not only impressed with how much we had lost but
complimented me on how attractive he thinks I am now, and the best part is
he told me how proud of me and DH he is for us doing it, made me feel pretty
and in control.
I did great on points and didn't go over until Saturday evening, when DH had
gone to bed and DF and I had been drinking,... I wanted bailey's and coffee,
good, still have a few points left... then I had another one, a bit stronger
due to the bartender having also had bailey's... then somehow we decided
that it would be the healthy thing to do to drink the baileys in chocolate
soy milk, after that would be better for us than coffee right... I don't
think it was a nutritionally sound decision but was it ever good...
the business part sucked as these things do but over all it was a success,
the damage was far less than it has been in the past and taking my food
helps me to cope with bad choices around me, the hotel moved us after the 5
time s DH called to get something fixed, much nicer room and they cut the
rate as well.
I did have a blast and I am confident that even if I gain again this week it
was well worth it...
by the way, how many of you think swordfish taste like beef?

Glad you had a good trip and those NSVs are great. Bailey's is
delicious no matter how you have it.

That's an awesome NSV Lee! Being up by .4 isn't bad at all, keep up the
good work and you will reach your goal soon.

thanks I am really getting comfortable with making decisions and saying NO
for something's I wouldn't have before and when I do say Yes I knowingly do
it so there is no guilt, makes for a much better time and also makes saying
yes less stressful and therefore it actually happens less, Lee

I used to be this way except for fresh fish someone I knew caught, but as I
get older it seems retrying it I can eat it much better, Lee, giggling

I am sure if I were single he wouldn't mind a date or two, but he said
everything in front of DH... hhmmm he did say if I lost the other 30 I told
him I wanted to he might have to shoot DH so I would go out with him...
actually no I don't think so but maybe... as to the swordfish... if you like
beef you need to try it. it tasted like steak but had a much nicer texture.
I am not by nature a beef eater but even DF who doesn't care for most fish
said she could eat it. Lee
