pumpkin cream mousse

This is one of my favorite WW recipes.

PUMPKIN CREAM MOUSSE  (           --Points: 2

From: WW Boards

Serves: 4

1 package sugar-free vanilla pudding

2 cups skim milk

1 small can pumpkin

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup fat-free Cool Whip

Mix pudding and milk together. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice and mix
well. Fold in fat-free Cool Whip. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Spoon
into 4 dishes; serve with a dollop of cool whip.

Wow, that sounds great.  We're hosting some company on Friday.  Maybe
