My wife had one from years ago and after a move or two it is MIA.  As I
recall it was one point.  Does any body have a Pumpkin Muffin Recipe?

You mean regular size muffins? or mini muffins?

Ralph, if you go to the WW boards and type in pumpkin muffins, you will
see lots of recipes.

I should probably point out that monthly passes are not available here
in Myrtle Beach.  So in order to use the full functionality of
www.weightwatchers.com I have to pay extra.

Do you here my pants squeak when I walk or the birds chirping "Cheep,
Cheep."?

not without searching but if you find a good muffin or zucchini recipe
replace the flour with half whole wheat and pumpkin for the zucchini, half
the sugar with splenda, and egg beaters for the eggs, applesauce for the oil
and if not a one point  serving at least greatly reduced, Lee

What language was Lee speaking?  It looks more like a computer
algorhythm(sp.?) than anything else.  I make great reservations, I am not a
cook. (or was that crook?)

She was giving well known "healthy substitutions" that comes with making
muffins.

She just lined them all up in a neat row.. hehe

I should never respond to the group when tired, Lee, who hates to cook but
spends lots of time fixing recipes for her perfect DH to cook,

that is because I left out the sentence that said" look for a zucchini bread
recipe and..."

lightening up recipes are pretty consistent when you read enough of them.

1. use pumpkin instead of zucchini.
2. replace half or 3/4 of what the recipe calls for in flour with whole
wheat flour, you keep 1/4 of white flour for the texture and use the rest
whole wheat for the fiber.
3. any bread, well quick bread or cake recipe can have the oil replaced with
applesauce and it works just fine.
4. using egg beaters instead of whole eggs cuts several points as well.

and the tip from my leader is get the recipe for pumpkin pie and use all ff
or fat reduced items and no crust.

Hope this makes a bit more sense,

Lee who is happy to lighten one for you if you post it to the group, Lee

substitutes to lower points, DH does the cooking thank heaven, Lee

Here's the recipe you probably want:

Mix 1 small can of pumpkin
with 1 box of dry cake mix.

Bake.

It makes 24 smaller muffins, and they are 1 point each. :)
