I'm posting two days late this week, but better than almost a week late like
last week was. Not much to report this week, no loss, but no gain either -
stayed exactly the same. Made it to yoga last night for a 1.5 hour class.
It felt great afterward and I was even able to do the shoulder stand which
she warned us all was very difficult. Surprised myself!
I've begun taking Glucosamine and Omega 3-6-9 in the hopes that some of my
joint and foot pain will lessen. Will report on that if I notice any
difference. Hope it works as I'd like to get back to walking in the
mornings before work.
Have a great day everyone!

Staying the same is just like losing, because you need to consider your old
habits and ask yourself if you have otherwise gained?.........
Hope your foot pain goes away........do you have diabetes?

Right arm, right arm. my brother.
There have been times in the past felt like a failure, but nothing
logging a gain even though I know its part of the pattern of a live
time commitment to a lifestyle change, So great job Brenda.

No diabetes. I think it's just an inflamed tendon or something, hoping it
gets better soon.

Glucosamine with MSM is what I do have. So it worked for you...that's good
to know. I'll let you know if it starts working for me.

it has worked wonders, I fell forward onto a set of concrete and Steele
stairs, ripped my kneecap up off the joint... had physical therapy and all
kinds of pain medicine... stopped short of surgery... if the pain gets worse
at some point don't worry it will get better if it works like it did for me,

Good job on the shoulderstand! The last time I could do one was about 35
lbs ago. Sorry to hear about your pain. I'll try to send some healing
energy your way.

I really did surprise myself when I was able to do that shoulderstand. It
wasn't too difficult really. Thanks for the healing energy!
