I put on a pair of pants today that I hadn't worn for 3 weeks or
so....they are really baggy instead of snug...I need a belt. This feels
GREAT!

On the day of my last weigh-in I put on my "cool" Hard Rock Cafe leather
jacket from Buenos Aires... I hadn't been able to wear it since 2003! It
felt so great... And I looked hot in it, too!

Good for you!...........I had a similar experience this week when my wife
pulled out an old pair of jogging pants......I could fit 2 of me in them
now! :)

Better fitting clothes are a great NSV and mean more than a few ounces
up or down on the scale.
