Up 0.6 lbs this week.

I worked hard at the gym Monday to Thursday.
I tracked all of my points.
Had hoped to see another loss this week, but it wasn't meant to be.
Not discouraged...........I'll stick to my guns this week again and
hopefully see a nice loss next week.
Not happy about today's WI.............but life will go on.........I'm not
giving up no matter how long it takes.
Quitting is not an option.

Good attitude.  There could be so many different reason why it happened it's
best to just keep on keepin' on and maybe work toward doing one thing
different or more intently.  Just don't beat yourself up for it.

WI is one moment in an entire week... keep at it... it'll show..

Unfortunately this isn't a pepsi machine.. put a dollar.. get a pepsi..
sometimes you've got to give a lot of dollars to get a tiny pepsi.. and
osmetimes you just walk by the machine and 3 cans come out...

The body is a weird machine!!!

into the refrigerator to make them cold................going to try one

It seems to me that the US has all the low fat goodies. It is hard to
find low fat treats here in Canada, at least where I live it is. The
only low fat cheese I can find are those horrid Kraft cheese slices.

You can order most of it through amazon I think. I think it depend where in
Canada. I found a lot of stuff in Montreal, but it means more searching
around than here in the US.

By the way it's not available everywhere in the US, I'm in California,
everything is low fat-fat free and organic...

In Laws are in central Missouri and it's not always that easy when we visit.

I cross border shop in Niagara Falls, NY.............

I found them at Wegman's.

We've tried the chocolate and strawberry.  My wife and I like them both and
will continue to buy them.  My DD doesn't like them..........

Although I'm right near the US border I need to take a ferry to get to
the US. I'll have to see if anyone I know is going over soon so they can
pick up some of these for me.

I live in a tourist community and believe me low fat and healthy is
rarely on the minds of most tourists when they come here (Myrtle Beach,
SC) for vacation.

If I want egg beaters or egg whites in one of the few places that will
even serve them they are seventy-five cents per eggs extra.  But if I
want a double anything with extra stuff it is dirt cheap.  <Mongo not

split it with your wife, you get to eat out and cheap, Lee, who likes that

We have both come so far...It just seems ludicrous we would still be having
problems and yet everyday is a new adventure...Just when I think I'm "cured"
the urge to fail comes back...I wish I could just learn to live within my
limits...I'm much better as are you Eddie...I guess success comes in knowing
that we must constantly fight "it" and never let it get the best of us....We
can and will do it...Keep the faith...GG

What are you actually eating every day, Eddie? Maybe there is like one item
in there that is causing excess water retention, or that has mislabeled
calories or points or something.

Eddie-Type2 - 21 Oct 2006 16:05 GMT
That's quite possible Doug.............I will have to pay more
attention.......I've been trying to really watch my salt intake but I may
still be adding a bit too much?

the thing is other things can make you retain water as well, if I am mildly
allergic to a food it will cause me to retain, and other chemicals, MSG,
which I can only tolerate in small doses, will be a gainer for me... I have
begun watching artificial sweeteners and am seeing a pattern with splenda
that I am not liking, Lee

I often put on a pound or two after a workout, even though you sweat, it's
not as much "weight" as it seems to be, and muscles can retain a lot of
water after a workout, drink lots of water, if you know you worked hard and
stayed OP, you will see results next week
