Hi everyone!  Just got caught up reading this week's posts.  I must say, my
attitude improved just by reading about others' positive attitudes!

WI was OK.  I'm still holding steady, which is actually good considering I
was bad last week.  I know the word for last week was "focus," but I lost it
early.  Two words:  job interview.  The interview went OK, but then there
was the post-interview feeding frenzy.  That was the day before weigh in.
Oy.

I did get the job, though.  Yay!  It's only a two month temporary gig for
November and December.  Even if it turns out I don't like it, it won't be
forever.

Let's see...the word for this week will be "relax."  I'll try not to get too
stressed over things I can't control.  Plus exercise can be relaxing, so
there will be my motivation.

Have a great week everyone!

Keep that attitude!  Holding steady is better than gaining and next week
will be better if you can focus and relax :-)

The serenity prayer helps me to relax.

God,
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference.
