how quickly you get used to eating much less. I've only been doing this
for 4 weeks and tonight I went out for Indian food with my DH and ate
maybe 1/4 of my meal and I was completely stuffed. I was worried about
eating too much but apparently I didn't have to worry about it. I had
mulligatawny soup to start and could see the ghee in it so passed 3/4 of
it off on my DH, and ate very little of my main meal and only 1/2 of
my naan. Before WW I could have easily have eaten 3/4 of the meal.

I couldn't sit down and eat a steak unless it was min. 16 oz!!!

Now I sit down to only 4 or 6 and I am totally happy with that!!!

Over eating I think turns into a habit...........not because your really
that hungry!

That's great!  Be aware, though, that as you progress you will have
weeks where you are more hungry than others. I am on week 15 and I have
had two weeks where I was *starving* despite doing everything "right".

Nice NSV.  You are right about the amount of food we used to eat.
Hugs,
Catherine
