Hi all,

What a week so far!

I went to the gym on Saturday and did 55 minutes of cardio on the treadmill
!
It was my DW's birthday yesterday...........asked her what she wanted to
do - she said, "go to the gym!".......so we went and I did 47 minutes of
cardio! Whewwwwwwwwww!
Today was my normal workout with my 15 yr old son.......we went at 3:30
until 5:30........I did 25 minutes of cardio and then worked on my chest and
arms..........was a good workout...........got home, DW said, "wanna go to
the gym again?"..............I said, "Sure!".......LOL!!!!!!!!!...........

So we went back and I did another 35 minutes of cardio!!!!!

Have to admit......weight loss or not......I feel REALLY
good!..........Doing well on my FLEX points this week as well.  Have
intentions of getting to the gym tomorrow, Wednesday and
Thursday.........Friday morning is my WI.....

I'm really hoping to break that 80 lbs loss barrier this week.............if
I don't, I won't get discouraged.........the NSV of going to the gym so much
in one week in my entire life is reward enough for me!!!!

Imagine what I will be able to do when I lose another 100 lbs!!! Yoo
hooooooooooo!

Wow!  You really are motivated.  It's nice when your spouse has an interest
as welll.  Keep up the good work - both of you!

One of my goals that I wrote down at the meeting two ago is I want to
get to a point where I enjoy exercise.  I am in awe of anyone who does.

The problem with exercise, is that it gets more fun the more you do it..

It's hard to convince someone who's been sweatin' n hurtin' that "hey, keep
it up it'll get awesome in.... 3-4 weeks.."

*grin* It's true though.. find a game that you like, doens't have to be
hitting the gym, monday I'm going ice skating at the Snoopy Arena!!!! I'm
all excited!
