Wow, I'm posting my WI on the right day this week.  Not a very impressive
loss, but a loss nonetheless.  Down .2 lb., better than up .2!

I've been to see my doctor about my heel pain - his diagnosis....achilles
tendinitis.  He's suggested ibuprofin 3 x per day for the pain and referred
me on for physiotherapy and I begin that on Wednesday afternoon.  I hope to
have a pain free heel by Christmas.

It's getting late...time to get DS off to bed.  Kindergarden starts at 8:15
in the morning, so I'm up at 5:30 getting ready for the day.  Have a good
week everyone!

Congrats!  I'd take a 0.2 loss this week! ;)  Good luck with the heel
pain, too.  I had a spur on one of mine and it was excruciating.

Congrats on the loss!!!

Ouch for the pain.. I had tendinitis (I think, I was in Quebec then, was in
french) in my shoulder.. tendons going all awry..

They were shooting cortizone in my shoulder regularly !! AAAARG.... hope the
physio helps, give it time to heal, cause that's a b!tch when it doesn't
heal properly!

Will~

Down is down and any minus is a good one!  ;)

AKK!  BTDT!  One wrist and both shoulders...  UGH!  If you can tolerate
it, ibuprofen is a good painkiller and anyti-inflamatory.

5:30am sounds more like bed time than getting up time to me...  ;)
