I stayed the same this week. I would have liked a loss but at least I
didn't gain.

Nothing wrong with staying the same!

I've been thinking about this post for a bit and after much thought, I
have come to realize that absolutely without a doubt, there is nothing
wrong with staying the same. There is also nothing wrong with losing,
after all that is why we are here. :-) But there is especially nothing
wrong with gaining provided that it is a learning experience. That you
correct what you were not doing or maybe doing too much of.
Then there is the case where even though you are doing everything
right, you hit a plateau and just cant lose, maybe a slight gain
happens to re-boost the metabolism, I am not sure on this point so
don't beat me up gang, I am only exploring here.
All I know for sure is that when I show up I make progress and that
progress can be a scale victory (SV) or a non-scale victory (NSV).
Keep the faith

Hi, Ralph, Thanks for the support. I will keep on and look for a loss
next week.

this is exactly right, since doing core to try and find a full button I have
basically stayed the same but I have learned a bunch, still haven't found a
full button but I can now stop before stuffed and I count that as learning
and progress, Lee
