Hello All!
Just wanted to update you on my progress, since I've been quiet for a while.
I'm back on track and actually exercising!! After that breakdown at the
company party with the margaritas & wine (not to mention the 1.4 weight gain
that week), I weighed in at -3.6 lbs this past Wednesday! I've been going
to Curves faithfully 3 times a week and I just went for an hour bike ride up
the Hudson! 50 blocks!! It was exhilarating!!! My husband rented a bike to
accompany me, and now we're going to buy him a bike, too!! I feel so happy!
I even did Yoga this morning!
I'll keep ya posted!!
