In our house its a survival thing (we both snore).

Your talking P.M , right?

When my wife does this all I can think of, is ways I can even.

At-ta girl. I am still workout challenged.

Most people think that's all I do at work.

Viva las weekends.

What ever happened to hibernation? Oh that's right, I would need to
gain weight in order for that to work. I guess you got a point there
Willow. Anyway great job, I know each of us have our obstacles in this
weight loss thingy called WW. Nice post.

No worries there.. 10 lbs would bring me still about 15lbs over my lowest
weight..

Good on you for getting up early and hitting the gym by yourself! I hope I
can manage the same next week as I have an appointment with a personal
trainer on Tuesday morning, then I'll get myself a 6 month gym membership.
I think it might work for me early in the mornings too, but not as early as
when you are going. I drop my son off at kindergarden just after 8:00, so
will be able to make it to the gym by 8:30ish and put in some time there
before being to work at 9:30ish.

I think in a lot of gyms the 7:30 to 9am time slot is a good one cause
everybody ran home to get ready for work.. it's from 6:30 to 7:30 that it's
really crowded.. I go before the flow myself cause I want to work out before
breakfast..
