Last night we decided not to go to the gym this morning cause I'm up and
running until 10pm. So I won't be in bed before 11 and I'm with the public
all evening (not a good idea when I'm tired).

So we went to bed, my husband fell asleep first, and I'm laying there
feeling all guilty.. eheheh

So I set the alarm for 5:30 instead of 5 and decided that if I'm motivated
I'll go, I'll be awake anyway, no sense in being awake and doing nothing, if
not motivated I'll roll over and sleep.

5:30am the alarm goes off (it's a song, not a beep) and I'm up and dressed
in about 2 minutes. DH is still in limbos, muttering something like "I
thought we were sleeping in"... and I'm fully awake and motivated, so I told
him to just stay in bed, and I'll go alone. It was so funny... he looked at
me, I could see conflict going on in his brain. Finaly he made a big sigh
and got up and dressed !

It was my best work out in a long time. I maintained the intensity all
through the cardio and upped all my weights!

I'll take a nap this afternoon and that'll be that!

My goal is to go 5 times a week instead of 4, so every morning that I don't
flake, means I might not have to get up in the weekend! Still plan on
walking this weekend, and at night, but that's a different matter, it's the
gym that is a challenge these days.

Last night went to costco and bought plenty of healthy stuff !

I'm sooooooooo motivated right now! Winter is coming !

At-ta girl.  I am still workout challenged.

Most people think that's all I do at work.

What ever happened to hibernation?  Oh that's right, I would need to
gain weight in order for that to work.  I guess you got a point there
Willow.  Anyway great job, I know each of us have our obstacles in this
weight loss thingy called WW.  Nice post.

Hey I'm from East Canada, if we were to hibernate, we'd be sleeping from end
of september to the beginning of may ! hehe

in that bikini next summer..

No worries there.. 10 lbs would bring me still about 15lbs over my lowest
weight..

Good on you for getting up early and hitting the gym by yourself!  I hope I
can manage the same next week as I have an appointment with a personal
trainer on Tuesday morning, then I'll get myself a 6 month gym membership.
I think it might work for me early in the mornings too, but not as early as
when you are going.  I drop my son off at kindergarden just after 8:00, so
will be able to make it to the gym by 8:30ish and put in some time there
before being to work at 9:30ish.

I think in a lot of gyms the 7:30 to 9am time slot is a good one cause
everybody ran home to get ready for work.. it's from 6:30 to 7:30 that it's
really crowded.. I go before the flow myself cause I want to work out before
breakfast..
