Monday nights I skate for 90 minutes.. and I love it!!
At the end of the day though, I'm sometimes very tired... and I just go "Oh,
I did cardio this morning so I don't need to go skating!" I haven't skipped
it yet.. but it's about 20 minutes away from here, and I know it's coming!
Soooooooooooo this morning I skipped Cardio, I'll go for a walk later
today.. which is nice but not enough to replace my Cardio work out.. so no
choice ! I'll go skating!
