WI Nov 20 - Brenda

I managed a loss this week which is awesome.  Down 3.2 lbs!  Still working
out at the gym 3 times a week for an hour each time.  My clothes are fitting
differently now.  At least I am beginning to notice a difference.  I was
getting a bit discouraged last week when my weight was just going UP!  I
think TOM had alot to do with it as well - you know all about it ladies,
that pre-TOM stuff sucks!

I've also been able to drink more than enough water today - feel like I'm
going to float away.
