Naaww a lot of people (member AND staff) have a hard time with changes..
I don't like changes for changes.. and it has happened in the past. This
time they looked at the US program, at the UK program and saw that it works
better in the UK and adjusted..
WIll~

I generally don't like change even when warranted. This time I am looking
forward to it. Guess am getting better. Lee

My point total has decreased by one point to 21. That will be tough as
I generally average 23. This past week though I lost 2.6 and didn't
track. I just knew I was eating the right amount of food and not
snacking on bad stuff. I may save the new tracker for after Christmas
and try to maintain these next two weeks.
I like the new materials. They are easier to read. I am going to SF
tomorrow and will read them on the trip.

Thanks for your insight into the changes. I don't get to hear the live
version until Saturday morning. I know what the changes are but I am
interested in how she presents them. There's lots of negative reaction to
the core changes over on the WW message board.
As I indicated before, I recalculated my Flex target points and I should be
eating 19-21 points instead of the 22 points based on the old flex point
ranges. I know that I need to increase my activity level if I am ever going
to get the scale moving again. That and get my dang eating under control.
With the new lower target points did you get any members suddenly realise
that Core might be an easier program for them? I can't see being able to
survive on less than 20 points per day. 22 seems to be more my norm.

I did mine on the WW site and am still at 22. Lee

What activity level did you select? That seems to play a major determination
in the points.
I am currently at 155 so I am approaching the lower limit of the 22 points
per day range. That may have been part of it too. I don't know if they have
changed the ranges since I also have not made it to a meeting yet.

I took mostly sitting at work, which is not exactly true its more like
mostly standing. I did it then went to work so I am going to get input from
DH. I didn't want to change because my work has been the same all the time
I have been on WW so I figured my body was used to it but I am considering
changing it as I do move pretty steadily while at work, if not walking, I am
bending stretching and similar, Lee

Keep in mind that by "activity level" they mean day to day stuff, not your
work outs, walks ect. It's about what do you do during the day?

That's what I figured. I basically alternate from very busy days running
errands to light days sitting at the computer. Which level should I pick? I
ran both sitting and standing which resulted in 19 or 21 points. How are we
supposed to handle our varying lifestyles with this new formula?

maybe average it at 20 or know on the not busy days you eat 2 points less,?
Lee guessing

I've set my tracker down to 21 for now. Let's see how I do with 21. I would
be going down to 20 soon anyway so maybe one point at a time is good idea.
I'm guessing too. I'll ask my leader on Saturday what she thinks. Maybe when
I see the materials it will be more obvious what to do.

the number, Lee

to half the water count.

So far the only thing I not real keen on is the periwinkle starter kit.
Mongo like.
