I don't know how our plan here differs to the US one, I tried to go to the
US website and it kept kicking me back to the Australian one which I found
interesting.

Anyhoo the "new plan" here is converting NoCount to Core adding some foods
to the NC plan as snacks etc.

Good news for LTM is they are raising the buffer to 2kg (around 4lbs) over
goal and we no longer have to maintain goal for 2 years to get the 10%
discount off the stock table at meetings.

I wondered if this was similar to the US WW practices or if your plan had
changed recently as well?

I read that thread "New WW Program" but no details were offered so I
apologise if this post falls into the "duh" category!

they added a snack list for core, I don't think we ever get a discount but
am not sure.  they changed how you figure your daily points and I haven't
heard about the lifetime buffer at all.  The members at my meeting said the
new book had nicer pictures.  Lee

We had the change to your personal points change when they launched the
"Think. Eat. Move" earlier this year.

Little bit more accurate, what you describe sounds remarkably similar to
what happened here.

I'm confused as to why WW AU didnt just call NoCount Core in the first
place, but they might have a reason for that... perhaps patents or
something?

oh and thanks for the link rec. Duh I feel stupid :)

we didn't get any changes earlier this year.  Not sure why they called yours
no count.  I think they are trying to get  the differing programs closer
together where they can.  Lee

and I forgot, at the bottom of our site is an "international" link, never
have tried it but if yours has it you might see what that does, Lee
