Ah, somebody has been lurking on the WW core message board. What's your
screenname?

A few comments about mikey's receipes: He originally wanted to publish a
cookbook complete with points, etc. WW got wind of the project and shut him
down. As a result, the receipes are NOT marked with point values or any core
indicator. Lots and lots of great receipes are included in his pdf file.
Worth downloading to your hard drive so that you can look through them at
your leisure.

A friend gave those to me... and I've been reading and posting in the WW
board for a long time.. just now kinda stopped by again..

I'm an oldie of WW.... and staff...  what can I say? I'd rather focus on the
positive, and the greatness than all those little skirmish that don't mean a
thing to me...

I go in phases with that board. It does get tiresome reading the same
questions of how to make something core or this latest snack rule buzz.
That's one of the reasons I came back to this group. My internet time is
limited and I can't do both in addition to the other lists I am subscribed
to.

I don't mind the questions.. it reminds me that I've been a new member too,
and how it feels to be confused and a little scared.. that's what the boards
are for.

When I don't feel like answering I just skip them.. as I do here..
