Hey everyone,
I have been locked out of outlook express, and hadn't installed a new
newsgroup viewer....decided to search for you under google, and here I
am.
I am happy to report I am down 21.5 lbs (numbers will change tomorrow
after WI)
With the new program, I gained 2 points, but I find it so hard to fit
those extra points in. Anyways, just wanted to pop in and say
hello...will report in again tomorrow with my WI.
10% here I come!!!!

Congrats on the weight loss! BTW I call my youngest Terbear! Her real

If you find the new program not working for you then stick to what you
had been doing. We all find the right way to lose. Some can eat all the
flex points and others can't so work it till you know what is best for
you.
