so we had 2 family dinners, drove over 700 miles, spent 2 nights in a casino
and ate food there as well, then there is the matter of the cherry
cordials... won't be buying those again, and after all of that eating, DH
recorded it on a trakker, we estimated points together when we didn't know
and then he taped it for me... and I got it all in the on line journal...

I learned;
-I don't eat bad if I stay away from dessert.
-you can journal ahead days on the on line site.
-I will not buy cherry cordials again no matter how cheap they are.
-when the FF cheese tastes too good it probably isn't FF.

I am already on Saturday's points, and if I go over I just do but I am being
honest with myself and that is very major to me, Lee, wishing you all a
