Week 3, report

Week 3 +.8 lbs
Week 2 -3.2 lbs
Week 3 -4.4 lbs
Total weight lost 6.8 lbs

I'm ok w/ the .8 gain, I thought it would be a little more.
Things I didn't do this week that I have been doing:
1. writing down all of the food I have eaten
2. went to at least one extra meeting during the week
3. made a good food plan for the week.
So ... now I have to get back to doing those things.  It's not as diffuclt
as I thought it would be.  I also think that because of my good weight loss
the first 2 wks I thought "ok, I have this down, I can do this." and I
didn't think that keeping track was all that important.  Now I see that it
is.

This should be week 1 - 4.4 lbs

thanks :)  .. it's that mindful thing that gets me!  For me, that needs to
be the most important part of weight loss.
