Thank you guys for the welcome...
I'm trying not to think of this as a diet persay, but a completely different
way of eating kind of lifestyle...
its kind of working... I have changed how I cook, and what I cook for the
most part... been doing that for a year already and being consistent with it
too... also been stopping eating when I feel full regardless of whats left
over on my plate... luckily for me I have a lab dog *if you know a lab you
know they are NEVER full* who will happily finish what I can't so I don't
have anything to nibble at making me feel icky...
I found these wonderful icecream bar like things, rasberry swirl and orang
swirl *real fruit* and low fat ice cream, that are only worth 2 points on
the ww plan... hee... I have been eating those to stave off my chocolate bar
craving... its been working...
I have 35 points/day and I made some homemade lasagna and I have no idea how
many points that is... but after weighing myself this morning, I've actually
lost whan I could have sworn that I gained....
oh well... perhaps it was water retention or something...
I might consider the core later on... right now I'm going to have my daily
soup, crab asparagus soup... num... and try and figure out how much my
lasagna is worth... I used everything low fat, and extra spinach and
tomatoes... and less cheese than normal... still very good...

Post your recipe and we can figure out the points in the lasagna for you.
Are you doing flex or core? I am doing flex. I have a new book from WW,
just arrived today. Maybe it has a recipe for WW lasagna in case you are
interested.

the way we do these things is to list everything, name of food, total
calories for food, total fat and total fiber...after you get all the foods
listed, then add the calories, fat and fiber... then figure how many
servings, then divide your totals by the servings, then you have per serving
amounts and you can figure the points from that, Lee
