Hi all... well I finally had my first weigh in... well last week I joined
and weighed in, however this was my first comparison...

and I lost 1 lb... I can't wait to talk to my mom and let her know... she's
my support! *G*

anyways, with having weighed myself halfway through the week and seeing that
6 lb gain, I feel good in the sense that I managed a 1 lb loss!! woot...

*I think I was retaining water*

anyways... just thought I'd share... I'm feeling extra good!

and as an added feat...

my boyfriend asked if i could stop off so he could pick up some kfc on the
way to me dropping him off... and I did not order anything or grab one or
two of his fries...

and I was soooo good!! Even when I stopped at the grocery store, I only
purchased what I went there for, and some cheese on sale, and I'm totally
eating my regular foodness... despite kfc lingering smell in my car, and
cinnamon buns freshly baked smell... heh...

Now I"mgoing to enjoy a lovely strawberry salad and leftover chicken from
last night... num...
