I lost 2 lbs :-)  I'll take it - but I know that when I went last week, I
was wearing much heavier (think snow) shoes.  This week - I'm going to aim
for more water and better meal planning.

I also find wearing similar outfits helps me feel better about every weight
loss... heh... and weigh yourself without shoes/boots on...

My very first WI I kept my shoes on but after that, no shoes.  Ever.
I do, however, wear blue jeans even though the leader hollers about how many
pounds they add.  Since that's what I wear every time, it's consistent.
