Lost .6 not as much as I wanted but its a start.  guess my psyche got scared
at the thought of core.  I am beginning to believe that splenda is part of
the issue, was well down to the middle of the week when DH made me pumpkin
bread with splenda and I popped back up again, everybody have a great week,

A loss is a loss!!!

"fake sugars" are proving more and more to get in the way of weight loss..
isn't that funny?

I'm working hard on going "natural" as much as I can... the loss is slow,
but I feel much better!

Go M'lady! you're doing fiiiiiiiiiiiiiine! When you stop learning, life
ain't worth it anymore!

good point on the learning, I think I am going to try and use the rest of
this splenda and either do without or just use less real sugar.  Lee

I buy "raw sugar" which is "less processed" than powdered sugar that most
people use. I use less of it.. and I like it..

Another thing I do is use honey instead of sugar.. yum!

I use granulated fructose for fruit things: I use less (but I like
things like apple crumble and rhubarb quite tart) and eat smaller
portions.  Works for me!

As Willow said, a loss is a loss.  I lost 1.2 and the previous week I
lost 1.6  Tomorrow I leave for a few days out of town so I hope to
maintain this week.  What really has helped me is the walking,
journaling and limiting processed foods.  I still rely on the sweetner
for my tea.  It's a tough habit to break.

Good work.  Any loss is better than a gain.
Hugs,
