Hey all!
I was on WeightWatchers a few years ago and dropped 75 lbs. A few years
later I've put 20lbs back on so I decided to start the meetings again. When
I was last on WeightWatchers we had the flex plan, and for my weight group I
was down to 22 points a day, which I found impossible to get by on. That
really discouraged me so I strayed, yes its an excuse but its MY excuse ;)
Though, I was at my first meeting and I figured up my points...31!!! PLUS my
35 flex a week?????
Male=8, 19 from my weight (191 lbs), 3 for my age, 1 for my height.
Even at my heaviest I only had 27 points a day (I think..)
Anyway, wish me luck!

Your post reads just like mine! I lost 75 pounds too, put some back on
and then it wouldn't come off. So I left for a variety of reasons, but
frustration and lost faith in the plan was the major two. I wasn't
mentally in the game anymore. A year later and a good amount of that
weight back I came back like you. I have the right attitude again now.
I too saw an increase in daily points (though only one point for me
since I am female!!!) but what I saw even better was a goal weight
that I though was more realistic for me than what it was the first
time I was on plan. YAY!
I don't care what it takes or how long I am making goal this time! I
only rejoined a few weeks ago so you and I are virtually in the same
situation!
Good luck from someone who IS there!
