Though we won't talk about HOW much or WHAT I ate over the two days
(Tuesday was cake/ice cream with family and Wednesday dinner with DH).
But I can claim and NSV out of it. I didn't calculate the points on
most of it and don't even want to!!!! But I did at least write every
single thing down. I also worked exercise in there! I am trying very
hard to write everything down and exercise more.

PHEW! Thank goodness birthdays only come once a year! I can show
restraint on other people's bday's, but not on mine! Then's when I
have my once a year chocolate cake!!!! It is so rich and so decedant
that I dare only eat it once a year!!! I think the total calories are
two day's worth!!!!

Thanks for the well wishes everyone!
