I guess there is something to the splenda argument for me.  I did use it but
cut way back none in tea just what was in premade products like yogurt.  I
am down 3 pounds which is a major loss for me.  everybody have a great week,
Lee

You skinny you!!

The great thing about this program is that you're ever discovering new
things that work, and putting aside things that don't... it's a constant
evolution.. :o)

Good going !!!!!

splenda I double my water.  this really hurts as I so hate water... but
doing one by itself didn't help much so we will do the same again this week
and see.  Lee

Water REALLY makes a difference! I like it myself... I'm happy about that..
wish I liked milk too!

I really hate water and it seems I need double what is normally recommended
to have an affect... thank the universe for lemon juice... My DH does not
like milk so has been drinking simply orange with calcium added.  its not
milk but its something.  Lee

I get tired of water and start forgetting to drink it. Not good. I recently
discovered Perrier Lemon flavored water. Sort of bubbly but not like
Seltzer. I have it at dinner time in a wine glass. Helps me get more water
in.

they have been over ruled, I drink it anyway, I just put it in the medicine
category, therefore tastebuds don't get a vote anymore, Lee

Great job. You might be right about the splenda and other artificial
sweeteners. Everyone reacts differently to it. Repeat what you did this week
and see what happens. Could be real or could be your body just ready to let
go of some weight.

I am doing it again this week, if I lose again I might play with the amount
of splenda to see if it is that or the water, thanks, Lee

I'm so happy you have had a big loss.  All of your patience and attempts
to understand the problems in losing has paid off.

thank you, it has been a very slow road but since I feel better eating this
way its  a real extra bonus when I figure out what helps me lose, and not
giving up is the real key to taking it off and keeping it off, Lee

Whoo!  Hoo!  Well done You!

Now I need a similar magic wand...  Can't avoid the Splenda as I don't
use artificial sweetners to any extent...  Only in the few WW or Alpen
Light bikkies I have.

I  only use it in hot as an item I add separately but I didn't cut out the
yogurt with it in, I think this one is moderation for me, moderation and
double the water.  Lee
