I was wrong about losing, I went yesterday and it was again a scheduling
issue. I was up over 3 pounds... and the only thing different was I drank
some diet soda. I guess I will have to almost completely eliminate it in
order to not have this type of gain from the salt/splenda/bubbles.

I am not upset, this is how I eat now, doesn't matter in the short term what
the scale says, I know I am healthier and will eventually get there.

Thank you Lee for sharing the good weeks and the bad. You are an
inspiration!
Me this week? I'll be having a gain I am sure. I was away for the
whole weekend with a wedding on Saturday and then staying at my
cousn's house Saturday evening into Sunday. I had to eat according to
what was provided. I did pretty well, but not as good as at home. And
with a Tuesday noon time weigh in...not much time to bounce back!!!
So me an you will be buddies this week with the eye on the prize
rather than a temp set back!

I used to love Diet soda. Now I am happy with some seltzer or spring water
as a change to plain water.

I will absolutely have to cut back even further and avoid it at least a few
days before WI, I don't drink that much to start with butt will be even
