Well... this week wasn't so bad... CONSIDERING!  Haha!  We had a lifelong
friend come in from out of town, and it was my husband's birthday, so we
went out to eat to a really nice place, and I didn't order skimpy at all,
nor did I eat only a portion of my food.  I at it all.  All of my 6 oz.
tenderloin, all of my loaded baked potato, all of my cherries jubilee ice
cream, etc.  not to mention all of my bacon wrapped shrimp as an appetizer.
all.  It was the best meal I've ever had, I kid you not.  Anyway, the next
day I got back on the plan, and did have points left for dinner to have two
pieces of pizza.  ALSO, I had a will of steel to decline the piece of
cheesecake and settled for just one bite... which I'm suprised really was
enough. :)

I didn't lose any weight at weigh in, and I didn't gain any...
I stayed the same, which relieves me a bit, especially because it's only my
second week and with the splurge of a huge meal.

I'm excited for next week and weigh in... I'm already feeling slimmer today
;)

Good job! I find the social outings (dinners out) are always the
hardest..when you are the only one eating healthy (or trying too) and
everyone else is eating the super cheesy fries!!!!

It does get easier with time...but at least for me it still is hard to
show restraint even after all these years!!!! I usually have one fry
or so so I've tasted it with everyone else...or even better I order
something else healthier to be eating while they are eating the fries
so I don't feel like the odd man out. Food is tough!!! :)

Good job!

It is challenging..

One of my favorite thing to do is to tell myself stories about their greasy
food.. grossing myself out... then not only I'm not tempted... but I don't
eat as much of my own food either hehehe

Sounds like a great meal. Great job getting back on plan the next day.
Good luck this week.
