Week 8    136.8
Week 9    134.6
Week 10  135
Week 11  133.8

Even though my weight is not where I would like, I am enjoying the program
and have dealt with several eating situations in a sensible way.  I have
also achieved one mini goal which makes me feel better about my ability to
work this program.

Hi, Linda, Thanks for your support.  I know that the only way I will be back
at goal is to be patient, but sometimes I really want the weight off now!  I
just remind myself that I weigh less now than I did last year.

Thanks, Fred, I hope it continues.  I had a hard time this week and thought
I couldn't do the program but when I weighed in today, I found I had lost
1.2 so that was a lovely surprise and a big boost to my confidence.

I think sometimes the body does what it wants with MORE food and
sometimes it just wants to burn through it and add to the overall
loss.

Congrats on the weight-loss and the NSVs. It is true that some of our
greatest victories aren't registered on the scale - immediately. But as
your post shows, they do eventually ;o)

You lost 1+ lb *and* you reached a mini goal. Two good things in one
week plus (re)learning how to handle various eating situations. That's
a whole lotta progress goin' on!

Hi, Prairie Roots, I didn't think of it that way but yes, I did more than
just lose weight.  Add to the ones you listed, that I almost didn't go to
the meeting because I was so sure I had gained.  I went anyway.  This is my
second time around with WW and I can't say enough how sorry I am that I ever
stopped going to the meetings.

Feeling good about how you're eating is just as good as the weight
loss itself! And you've been doing well at the latter as well, even if
you'd rather it were going quicker! Congrats! Good luck in reaching
that next mini-goal!
