Well, I've had a three week absense from the scale. Doh.
Went on vacation, then came home from vacation and felt blah, and like I
still wanted to be on vacation, and thus, declined entirely on counting
points and on any portion control at all.
Scale was honest with me, I'm up +3.8, but again, I realize the importance
of attending the meeting. It helped. Tomorrow is a new day to a new week
where once again, I will walk this road, and make better choices.

The danger of vacation isn't the vacation itself.. it's forgeting to come
home plan wise..
Get your behind back in gear!!! you've been doing too good to give up!

You need to live the life...Of course manure occureth but each day must be
started anew...Most of us have our moments...I personally enjoy food to much
to just watch everything "all" the time but if I am to continue I must
always be aware of the potential downside...I am really new to all this...I
spent 54 years never succeeding to a place where I was in fact at a normal
weight...I am there now and will continue to always be aware...That really
is the message...You go girl...GG
