Whoever think of it first start the tread... how's that? We all seem to need
to be grounded.. so there! Be as explicit, or not, as you want!
Today:
I did not work out at the gym. It was planned that way, I'm hitting the gym
monday, tuesday thursday friday and sunday.. off wednesday and walk
saturday. I did walk today with the student though very slowly... for about
30 minutes.. and I'm sure to walk tonight with DH.
I did great foodwise.. I had steel cut oats for breakfast, fruits for snacks
(with a little pretzels 2 pts counted!) and had a core lunch (barley with
chickepeas and veggies) and fruits and yogurt for dessert (1 WPA for maple
syrup).
All in all I'm very happy with my day so far. Dinner we're eating at East
West Cafe, I'm having the veggie burrito wich is core with 2 WPAs for the
wrap.

I began the day with a two mile walk. I walked 15 minute miles which is
a bit faster than I usually walk. I also worked in the garden and yard.
For breakfast I had one egg, one piece of double fiber bread, fresh
fruit and tea.
For lunch at a restaurant I had a salad with grilled chicken on top,
very little dressing which was on the side and a diet coke.
My snack was a WW giant fudge bar, fruit and sparking water.
Dinner was homemade gazpacho, an eggplant caviar made without oil, two
thin pieces of sourdough baguette and a salad with our own lettuce,
tomatoes and cucumbers. I had one glass of ice tea.
I will probably have one more snack and more water, which I drink
throughout the day. Thursday I WI so I try to make Wednesday a really
good day.
