How is everyone doing this week? Last night I made ratatouille from the
big WW cookbook.  We have half left over for this evening.  I walked
just 2 miles today but will make up for it the next few days.
Breakfast is the same:  one egg, one piece of double fiber wheat bread,
small bowl of fruit, tea
I'm meeting a friend for lunch at a place that is new for me so I'll
figure out dinner once I know what I've had for lunch.
Drink lots of water and stay cool

Yesterday I spent the day in San Francisco, took the bus to SF, walked a
lot, did good on the food, until I missed  my bus and had to wait 90 minutes
on a street corner no bench or anything... after walking all day... had too
much baked chips.. snif.. 8 pts worth!

other than that I did awesome though.. core lunch, with a planned brownie at
my favorite coffee shop..

Today it's RAINING! In california in July!

I don't have much planned today.. WI tonight, probably going to walk later
in the day.. if the rain stops.. I'm planning on mat work here at home..

I'm smooth sailing right now..

Will~

Very rare...In fact I believe it's a first on the 17th (recorded
anyway)...Here in Prunedale it was very nice...I like the baked chips but
find the difference in calories minimal and wish it was greater...GG

I would love the rain to come south.  It hasn't rained in ages and
everything is so dusty.  At least it is much coooler, only 90 today.
Lunch was a veggie wrap in a spinach tortilla that came with fresh
fruit.  The only thing that added more points was the cream cheese in
the wrap and perhaps some oil for the veggies.  More places are offering
good choices. I decided to make homemade pasta sauce since I've been
having a good day. I just have to measure the pasta and I should be fine
today.  I have leftover ratatouille and I'll fix a salad.
