Consider trying this simple thing and see if it works for you! It
did
for me.
try this:
keep Honey Roasted Peanuts (does not have topical salt) in your
pocket...a full baggie full at all times... if you get hungry or
crave
something - even a sweet, grab a handful and eat them. When I was
losing weight, I would eat these - a little sweet, but less sodium -
the brand (Planters) I'm looking at has the
following:
150 calories for 39 pieces - believe it or not, you probably won't
want more than this and if so, it won't be too
much more and not for long..., :Trans fat 0 - 12 grams of total Fat,
110mg sodium, 7g carbs (fiber 2g and sugars 4g),
protein 6 g and Iron 2% - based on 2,000 calorie diet.
Test it if you can. I wasn't hungry after a handful...and if I ate
any other snack, I would eat so much more of that snack - didn't
satisfy me. I ate the Honey Roasted peanuts as a snack for months
(make sure you get Honey....I now hate them, but still eat them
if I'm hungry - but do find myself avoiding them sometimes just
because I want to eat something else - not often thought. It worked
for me - I wasn't hungry and it satisfied my craving for a sweet -
actually for any food. If you decide to try this, I hope it works
for
you too. If it does, I'm curious to know. it did work for me.
I do appologize if it takes you off your diet, but it may be worth
trying.
Wish you all the best!

I couldn't carry in my pocket what I would end up eating, good if you can
control nut eating, but not for me, Lee

I agree. I do very well with the Trader Joe's small bags called handful
of almonds. It's all about portion control and limiting the fat and
sugar.
