But can hardly wait to try them...the fish sounds especially good. Surprised they are a "one time only use" but that's okay. You could always try to wash them out and reuse if you think it would work. Audrey Good idea Audrey.. I did indeed try to reuse the first bag I tried. I steamed the bag full of vegs first, put them in a serving bowl. Bag still looked good so went ahead and put the fish in. Used the recipe that comes on the box.(adding lime juice, red pepper, ginger and cilantro) Worked great and believe it or not the bag is still intact. Looks like it could be used some more. Hm... I bought the bags to SAVE on washing up - or at least, to save the space taken up in the dishwasher by awkward cooking items!
