down 2.2 very nice considering no WI last week.  I did WI early because of
more travel plans so am working extra hard now that the trip is over to make
it be as little damage as possible, I have my food ready to put in the
journal and am getting a good start on the water, everyone have a great
week, Lee

You are a great inspiration.  Congratultions on your loss.  I was so
swollen after my trip but I finally have a medication that is working to
eliminate it.  I am using a spiral notebook this week to record my food
diary, exercise, water and thoughts.  I tried an on line site, calorie
count, but it didn't have enough food items in the data base.  I don't
want to pay for an online site since I have the written tools at home.
Have a great week.
