I'm out of town and forgot the one WW book I really need...  can someone
please tell me how many points lamb would be?  Specifically it is a lamb
roast.

1 slice of leg of lamb trimmed and cooked 2 ounces is 3 points
it's the same for 2 ounces of a lean chop, cubed or shredded lamb
1 slice of the loin trimmed and cooked 2 ounces is 4 points because the
lamb is fattier
one 2 ounce slice of the cooked shoulder is 5 points

I love lamb but it is so fatty and high in points.
