down another 1.8 working at it works, and making myself fill out the food
journal just proves that I am pretty good at keeping it in my head, but its
easier to write it down... ate at Chevy's fresh mex, not bad for a chain at
all, but wayyy too much for one meal, if you go plan to share or take home,
have a great week, traveling again to see Montgomery/gentry, Lee

That's two solid losses in a row, isn't it? I'm using the spiral
notebook form of journal, the best when I am serious. We're eating
dinners out four nights in a row beginning last Thursday and they are
all fancy ones ending with our 34th anniversary celebration tonight but
I have been really good about the rest of the 22 hours each day. Have a
great week.

That's wonderful Lee. You are doing very well.
I don't know how I'm doing. I took 3 days off from journaling. We
went to San Francisco for a jazz concert Thursday and stayed
overnight. Then Friday we went up the coast to Bodega Bay and
Saturday went to Fort Ross on the Russian River, on the north coast of
California. I'm not sure what 3 days of restaurant eating has done.
On the bright side, we did a huge amount of walking each day-
probably 2 hours each day, so maybe that will help offset some of the
food.
