Not enough exercise and an wild outbreak of fibro (= water retention)
means I was a pound up again this week. Hey ho...
But I started the new week well yesterday: I started with my allowance
of 18 points, earned 6.5 with walking and swimming, and ate 20.5, so I
banked 4 points.
Today breakfast and lunch add up to 8.5 points eaten so far, and I also
clocked up another 3 swimming points... Tonight's dinner should be 9
points: planned to be a bit higher points value than I usually go for as
we have some strenuous garden and other clearing work planned.
Tomorrow I should clock up another 4.5 points for swimming, and meals
are planned to add up to 14.5 points.
I'm also hoping to be able to spare the time for a walk most days with
James and the pooch. May not happen Friday as I'm teaching all day, but
on the other hand, that allows little opportunity for sitting and
nibbling, and plenty for stomping about helping the kids and lugging
sewing machines in and out of school! :D
