Instead of journaling as you eat throughout the day, write your day in
advance to add some extra fruit, veggies etc. so you will eat enough and
won't be hungry.

I have been planning one meal ahead, that is helping some, problem is either
I have to take meals, which isn't a problem or I have to eat out, also not
huge problem, the big problem is I don't get hungry in the normal sense,
either I am not paying attention to food or I have gone long enough that I
have the shakes, I think I will stick with core to get the junk out then
maybe another week to get to scheduled variety then back to points, Lee
