This hasn't just made my day. It's made my week, month, year.

Speaking with a lady this morning, she's followed my weightloss journey as I
see her every week. She commented that I was looking loads younger now I've
lost weight and that considering I'm in my thirties it must feel great
looking late twenties.

So I told her, "I'm fifty next year."

Cue sound of her bottom jaw hitting the floor and my head swelling up.

I thanked her for the compliment, as it is much appreciated, but suggested
an optician appointment may be in order ;-)
