Eat porridge for breakfast, and an apple.
Keep a bunch of prepared carrot sticks and other zero rated veggies
close by, and a gallon of zero point soup in the fridge. Munch on those
to yer heart's content!
Banish all chocolate and other sweets until the stress lessens, if you
are a chocolate muncher.
If you MUST munch carbs, keep some toasted jumbo oats or bran flakes in
an airtight box, and eat those a couple at a time, like trail mix! It
takes FOREVER to munch through a teacup of those... :D
Be prepared for plenty of natural gas... ;)

planning seems to be the key, get those crunchy raw vegetables and other
snacks and get them all prepared so when you are reaching even if it is too
much its the healthier choices, I stop eating when stressed and planning is
the key as well, if I know I am going to be stressed I prepare balanced
meals that I usually like so when I do force myself to eat the right choice
is there and I don't reach for junk to just get it over with, Lee

The 100 calorie bags of microwave popcorn are great too.
