I have just hit the 20-pounds-off mark. I have about 25 to go. I had
lost 34 about 5 years ago and have hovered around keeping it off, but I
porked up to 208 not too long ago and nearly had hysterics, so I got
back on wwers (online, I cannot STAND the meetings). I have stuck with
it through a ruptured disc and gall-bladder surgery so I really feel
like I have made the major lifestyle changes that wwers encourages.
Anyway, hang in there everybody. I just needed to share. Most of my
friends who have lost on wwers have put it back on (sigh) so I don't
want to crow too much.
I had a little bathrobe at the "Y" because I hated walking from the
dressing room to the pool in my bathing suit and today I took it
home!!!! I still have my tummy poochie and everything else but it
doesn't look anywhere near as awful as it did, so I have quit hiding in it.
I guess, ultmately, when I make my goal, I will have gotten nearly 70
pounds off. wish me luck and perseverance.
cheers

I just realized that, sorry. I should be more alert to that since it
happens all the time around here....we even have "Lee's" in one branch
of our family both as surname and first. thanks for the encouraging
words, by the way. HOpe you path is going well also.
