Well, well, well.
The cruise was AWESOME and I brought back ALOT more than souvenirs. I did my
daily gym workout, but threw total caution to the wind and enjoyed the food.
I did watch it a bit, but not as much as I should have.
I gained a net of 2.2 since my last WI on 9/22 and this one, but there's
been alot of losing since I got back. :)
So for the holiday months, I am committing to 100% attendance at the WW
meetings through the end of the year. It's a source of encouragement AND
accountability.
I'll post my WI results tomorrow as week 146. I couldn't resist posting last
week's results today. LOL!
Only 4.9 to go for 10%
