at goal... It's a long hard slog when the fibro is biting! Mind you,
I've discovered by reading up on it a bit more that one of the things
you get with fibro is carb cravings. Maybe the gluten free diet will
help with that as well as the IBS, which has calmed down a lot, though
I'm yet to see any benefits from the pain side of it.
Gluten free and following Core... I REALLY miss proper bread! FAR more
than I miss chocolate, because at least I know I CAN have a little of
that if I really want it!
