Well,...I've been lurking but not very active...I remain at goal and hope it
continues...I wish you all the success and great health WW has brought into
my life...It certainly is not everything but being able to control eating
has done wonders for me...Good luck to all and maybe things will pick up
here again...It is the time for people to begin...Or to restart...Keep a
smile and always enjoy the journey...GG

I had huge setback this month. Without going into details I set my
diet aside for 3 weeks. I've been on prednisone for 12 days now. The
stuff works but I didn't handle it well. Not eating all the time was
worse than the time I quit smoking. Eating won the battle. I'll be
back Saturday...

I've taken prednisone several times and it always plays havoc with my weight
loss. The good thing is it's usually only a temporary setback. Hang in
there....
